We started FormGenius with a simple belief: building accessible forms shouldn't require a specialist, a big budget, or a compliance headache. That same belief is exactly what drew us to WebYes — and why we're delighted to announce a partnership between our two teams.

What is WebYes?

If FormGenius helps you build accessible forms, WebYes helps you keep your entire website accessible.

WebYes is an automated web accessibility checker. Point it at your site and it scans across your pages for the issues that quietly turn visitors away — missing alt text, poor colour contrast, broken heading structure, unlabelled elements, and more. It checks against the standards that matter, including WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2, ADA and Section 508.

What makes it genuinely useful is what happens after the scan. Rather than handing you a wall of errors, WebYes Pro uses AI to suggest code fixes you can review and apply, so you can resolve issues without writing the full solution yourself. A Page Inspector highlights affected elements directly on the page, and you can schedule scans so monitoring runs automatically rather than being something you remember to do once a year.

In short: FormGenius makes the forms accessible, WebYes makes everything around them accessible too.

The dashboard is where it earns its keep if you're managing more than one site. You can add and manage multiple sites under one account, with a dashboard for each — useful for agencies running accessibility for a roster of client sites, who can roll out fixes as they come up rather than discovering a regression three months later during a client review. Once you've made changes, you can compare scan reports to see exactly what improved, which is normally the hardest part to evidence to a client or your own QA process.

It also plugs into the tools teams already use: a Jira integration turns accessibility issues straight into tickets your developers can pick up, and a WordPress integration catches problems while a site is being built rather than after it's shipped.

Why we partnered

The best partnerships happen when two teams are quietly trying to solve the same problem from different angles. That's us and WebYes.

Our Accessibility Wizard runs five checks on every form you build — heading hierarchy, image alt text, tab order, colour contrast and content clarity — so issues get caught before you export. WebYes brings that same diligence to the rest of your site. Use them together and accessibility stops being a project you tackle once and forget, and becomes something that's simply true of everything you publish.

FormGenius also bridges the gap between offline and online. You can build accessible PDF forms for the times a paper or downloadable document is the right tool — events, clipboards, print, anywhere a web form won't reach — and then import the responses straight into the same submission table your web forms feed. That means one place to view and manage everything, whether a response came in through a browser or a printed page, with accessibility built in from the start either way.

Beyond accessibility, we share a broader set of values that made this an easy yes:

  • Helping businesses grow online. Accessible, well-built sites reach more people and convert more of them. Compliance is the floor, not the ceiling.
  • Simplifying workflows. Neither of us thinks you should need a developer on call to do the right thing. Both tools are built so anyone on your team can use them.
  • Improving user experience and conversions. Accessible design is just good design. Clearer forms, cleaner pages, fewer barriers — everybody benefits, not only users relying on assistive technology.

It's a great way to run a full accessibility audit of your site to complement the accessible forms you're already building with FormGenius. Build the form here, check the wider site there, and ship something you're genuinely proud of.

The partnership runs both ways — WebYes customers can claim a discount on FormGenius too, so do mention us to your WebYes contacts.

Better together

Accessibility isn't a box to tick. It's a commitment to building things that work for everyone — and it's far easier to keep that commitment when your tools are pulling in the same direction.

We're excited about where this partnership goes next, and we'll be exploring deeper integrations as both products grow. For now, the simplest place to start is your next form and your next scan.

From paper to a live, encrypted web form in an afternoon

Web forms shouldn't mean a developer, a database and a fortnight. Here's how to turn a form into a published, accessible, encrypted web form — and what to look for so you're not leaking data.
