We started FormGenius with a simple belief: building accessible forms shouldn't require a specialist, a big budget, or a compliance headache. That same belief is exactly what drew us to WebYes — and why we're delighted to announce a partnership between our two teams.

What is WebYes?

WebYes is an automated web accessibility checker. Point it at your site and it scans across your pages for the issues that quietly turn visitors away — missing alt text, poor colour contrast, broken heading structure, unlabelled elements, and more. It checks against the standards that matter, including WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2, ADA and Section 508.

What makes it genuinely useful is what happens after the scan. Rather than handing you a wall of errors, WebYes Pro uses AI to suggest code fixes you can review and apply, so you can resolve issues without writing the full solution yourself. A Page Inspector highlights affected elements directly on the page, and you can schedule scans so monitoring runs automatically rather than being something you remember to do once a year.

In short: FormGenius makes the forms accessible, WebYes makes everything around them accessible too.

The dashboard is where it earns its keep if you're managing more than one site. You can add and manage multiple sites under one account, with a dashboard for each — useful for agencies running accessibility for a roster of client sites, who can roll out fixes as they come up rather than discovering a regression three months later during a client review. Once you've made changes, you can compare scan reports to see exactly what improved, which is normally the hardest part to evidence to a client or your own QA process.
